Music fans who like their Country and Western music played really Country, with a touch of Psychedelia, have waited nearly five years for the follow-up to Tragic Songs and Hopalongs (TX 2059), the first album from Taxim by John Harlan and his Psychedelic Cowboys. Our initial order has arrived from Germany and we've finally got copies in stock! A dozen new tracks, penned mostly by John and the band, plus a couple of covers including the great LOVE (Arthur Lee’s band) tune "Alone Again Or", West Coast writer/singer Randy Weeks "Last DWI" and the Johnny Horton tune "Take Me As I Am". Taxim has packaged this one with another of it’s stellar 16 page, glossy full color booklets with photos, lyrics, and notes housed in a gorgeous digipak.
And for the first time, we’ll be importing a Premium Grade, Extremely Limited, 180 Gram, Two Disc Audiophile Vinyl Edition of the album.
