All of our sales are handled by MERCER GROUP of Toluca Lake, California. Just check out the items you want via the shopping cart. We try to keep all items in stock at all times but on rare occasions we may be out of a certain title. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you immediately via e-mail to see what you want us to do (cancel the order, back order the item, substitute another title, etc.) We will not charge your credit card or cash your check or money order until we have communicated with you regarding the item. We are a California based company and California residents having merchandise shipped to an address within the state must pay the California sales tax (Currently 8.25%).

You can order from us via this site using a Visa or MasterCard, by phone using our toll free number: 888 777 9228 (local Southern California number 818 781 8359), or by mail, paying by check or money order made payable to MERCER GROUP, Post Office Box 2458, Toluca Lake, CA 91610. Please make note that your credit card purchases will be noted as MERCER GROUP on your credit card statement . If you call and we're not immediately available, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Shipping: We ask that you allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive but we try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, via first class mail or Priority Mail (depending on order size) with a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number, and most orders should be received within a few days. If you prefer another method of shipping, please e-mail us with your request and will supply a quote for that service.

Shipping Charges: We have attempted to keep our shipping charges to a minimum even with the changes in postal rates over the past 4 years. With the latest rate increase, we  have been forced to raise our shipping rates to stay solvent. Our new rates as of June, 2007 are as follows:

Orders from one to two discs will be charged a flat $4.00 shipping charge to anywhere within the United States. From 3 to 7 discs: $7.50. From 8 to 10 discs: $8.75. Orders for 11 or more discs, shipped within the United States, will not incur any shipping charges. For shipping to locations outside the U.S., please send us an E-mail and tell us what you want and where you live, and we will notify you of the charges. 

If you are ordering from the European continent, we will be happy to ship to you but you might want to check with Taxim in Germany at http://www.taxim.com/start.htm first to see if it might be more cost effective to order from them directly.

Many of the items we import are not shrink wrapped but all discs are brand new and guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. We will be happy to replace any defective disc with another copy of the same title.
